MATARIKI ADVENTURES

We are Ken & Meg, two people who love sharing life together, and love  sharing our passion for travelling and experiencing new adventures.

We decided in 2020 to start exploring Australia overland, partly because we'd already travelled many parts of the world, both separately and together, and partly because COVID-19 was preventing us from travelling overseas.

Our journey started with Meg discovering Explorer 4WD Motorhomes, which happily are produced locally to us in Clontarf, QLD.

This site documents how we came to be motorhome owners, the decisions we had to make before delivery, setting up the motorhome and our onroad adventures.

We hope that our experiences may help others in their endeavours to explore Australia overland.
